The Finance Department is responsible for financial management, revenue management, budget and planning, statistics, population, expenditure management, accounting and book keeping. The finance sector has undergone major reforms since the transformation of the Performance Budgeting System (PBS) and Integrated Financial Management System (IFMIS). All the budgets, payments, book keeping, accounting process, reports and expenditures are monitored and automatically prepared online.
